Hafiz Abdul Baqi & Co

Canada's principal economic routes are points-based, which makes them unusually predictable: your score can be calculated before you apply, and the levers that raise it — language results, education assessment, work experience documentation — are known in advance.

That predictability is the opportunity. A great deal can be gained by improving a profile before submission rather than applying and hoping.

Routes we cover

  • Express Entry (Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience, Trades)
  • Provincial Nominee Programs
  • Study permits and student direct stream
  • Visitor visas and super visas for parents
  • Family sponsorship — spouse, partner and children
  • Work permits and LMIA-supported applications

What we do from Pakistan

  • Points assessment and a realistic view of your competitiveness in current draws
  • Guidance on which factors are worth improving before you submit
  • Educational credential assessment documentation
  • Employment reference letters drafted to meet the required format
  • Verification and attestation of Pakistani documents and police clearance
  • Family sponsorship documentation, including proof of relationship
  • Review of a previous refusal or a procedural fairness letter

Where regulated representation is required

Representing an applicant before Canadian immigration authorities for a fee is restricted to lawyers and regulated consultants in Canada. Where your matter requires that, we coordinate with regulated counsel there and prepare the Pakistani-side documentation and evidence from here.

Common causes of refusal

  • Employment letters that omit hours, duties or salary in the required form
  • Insufficient proof of funds, or funds that cannot be shown as genuinely available
  • Weak ties to Pakistan on temporary applications, particularly study and visitor
  • Study plans that do not explain why the programme makes sense for the applicant
  • Misrepresentation findings arising from inconsistent history across applications

Common Questions

Frequently asked

What score do I need for Express Entry?

There is no fixed number — the cut-off moves with each draw and by category. What matters is knowing your score accurately and understanding which factors you can realistically improve, usually language results and documented work experience.

Can I include my family?

Most economic routes allow a spouse or partner and dependent children to be included, with documentation required for each. Relationship and dependency evidence is a common weak point in applications from Pakistan and should be prepared carefully.

Consultancy and advice only. No outcome is guaranteed. The decision on any application rests entirely with the deciding authority, and no adviser can promise a visa. Immigration advice is also a regulated activity in most destination countries: the firm’s work is carried out from Pakistan — eligibility assessment against published rules, documentation, verification, attestation and supporting submissions — and where a matter requires regulated representation in the destination country we coordinate with advisers regulated there. Requirements change frequently; check the current position before acting.
