Most visa applications from Pakistan are not refused on the merits. They are refused because the evidence did not meet a specified format, because documents could not be verified, or because something in the file did not hold together.
That is a legal documentation problem before it is an immigration problem — and it is where a law firm is worth more than an agent. Nikah nama and marriage registration, property title, corporate and tax records, affidavits, attestation, succession documents: these are the things that fail verification, and they are our ordinary work.
We will also tell you when an application is not worth making yet. That is not a service the commission-based market generally offers.
To be plain about what this is: consultancy and advice. No adviser can guarantee a visa, and anyone who offers to is telling you something untrue. The decision rests with the deciding authority. What we can do is make sure it is taken on a complete, consistent and properly evidenced application.

Assessment
We look at your profile against the published requirements for the route you have in mind — and tell you if a different route, or a different country, is the better fit. If an application is unlikely to succeed as things stand, we say so before you spend on it.
Documentation
A checklist specific to your circumstances, not a generic list. We assemble and verify the Pakistani-side evidence, and handle the attestation chain that so many applications stall on.
Submission
Supporting submissions that address the points a caseworker or consular officer will actually test, with the documentary evidence organised to match.
After a decision
If the application succeeds, we deal with anything still needed in Pakistan. If it is refused, we analyse the notice and advise on appeal, review or reapplication — rather than simply filing again.

Which countries do you handle?
The United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United States, the Schengen area and wider Europe, China, and the Gulf states including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman. Across those we deal with visitor, student, work, family, business and investor routes, and with refusals.
Are you regulated to give immigration advice for those countries?
Immigration advice is a regulated activity in most destination countries. Our work is conducted from Pakistan: assessing eligibility against published rules, preparing and verifying documentation, handling attestation, and drafting supporting submissions. Where a matter requires regulated representation in the destination country — an appeal or tribunal proceeding, for instance — we coordinate with regulated advisers there and prepare the Pakistani-law elements from here. We tell you at the outset which parts are which.
Can you guarantee a visa?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who says they can. The decision rests with the deciding authority. What proper preparation does is ensure the application is complete, consistent and evidenced, so it is decided on its merits rather than refused on a technicality.
I have been refused. Can you help?
Yes, and this is a substantial part of the practice. Send us the refusal notice in full — the precise grounds determine whether an appeal or review is available, what the deadline is, and whether a fresh application is the better route.
Why use a law firm rather than a visa agent?
Much of the evidence in an application from Pakistan is legal documentation: nikah nama and marriage registration, property title, corporate and tax records, affidavits, powers of attorney, succession documents. Those are the things that fail verification. A firm that also practises property, corporate, tax and family law can prepare and, where necessary, correct them.
